If the case is appropriate for continuation as a medical malpractice claim,
we will so advise you.  If, on the other hand, the case is not appropriate for
commencing a medical malpractice litigation, we will so advise you.  Again,
our goal and objective as a law firm dedicated to representing victims of
medical malpractice in Massachusetts is to answer your questions in a
thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and timely manner, and to give you the
information necessary to determine whether or not you have a viable
medical malpractice case that should proceed.

Each of the potential medical malpractice cases that Gorovitz & Borten
reviews is undertaken by both senior partners.  All cases that Gorovitz &
Borten agrees to accept for representation as a medical malpractice case
are personally managed by one of the senior partners from
commencement of the litigation to its conclusion.

Our senior partners conduct all the discovery and go to trial (if
necessary). The senior partners also personally represent each case at
alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration), when the
opportunity is presented as an alternative to trial.
Gorovitz & Borten is one of just a few law firms in Greater Boston and all of
Massachusetts with a practice focused solely on representing victims of
medical malpractice.
